server down for long time

We're practically working with Ruskie there. And the problem exists on both 2.034 and 2.062 so its not based only on the old one. Sagez's server was using 2.062.

I used to play there and from what i remember it used 2.033 or 2.032

Who is "we", what do you mean by "practically"?
What level of access do you have, what can you change, see or do not know about? Who has what authority?

By the way: I havent had the problem on 2.034.
