If you don't have the CD, meaning you don't have the files, download this HansRegional

http://www.iflashbook.com.sg/olsEn/faq/showFAQ_ibook.asp?id=100164

And follow the instructions. After you reboot your computer you will find you have the packs installed.

i stiil cant see chinesse the program says like this...cant stall only in windowns in inglis ..
